The first couple of video calls with schools have gone really well, and we are getting some very good questions coming in from the pupils.

We would love for all classes to have the opportunity to get involved, this can be using webcams, microphones or just type your questions for Tim to answer live on the webcam.

Flashmeeting is very simple to use and something that Tim and Aurelie are also new to. Each week in the Newsletter we will give you the website address and time of the meeting. Follow this link, and you can join in the video call at any point during the set time.

The link will take you to this page:

Flashmeeting 1

Click the ‘Go to the meeting’  link.

Flashmeeting 2

Tick the circle to Continue as a guest.

Flashmeeting 3

Then just enter your school name (and class if more than one class from your school is joining in).

Once in the Flashmeeting you can click to Broadcast, this allows you to ask your question, or if someone is talking you can join the queue to ask a questions.

Important:

 - Please get the children to stand close to the microphone so we can hear when they ask their questions.

- Remember to click to stop broadcasting otherwise no one else can talk.

- Please don’t ‘interrupt’ others when they are talking.
