After a fun day on Burhou, I was back in the office today. Maybe not the most exciting thing to do but you can often be sorting out lots of exciting things.

I was doing lots of work for Live today. I started putting together blog posts with work that you have been doing, so that everyone can see some of the really good work. I'm trying to track where our two Travelling Puffins, Barry and Cousteau have got to. I started to fill out an application form for a conservation award - lets hope that Live can win!

A really exciting point was planning with Juan a trip to Sark to survey their seashores for them. They do not have the people on Sark to do the work, so Juan and I will go down for 3 or 4 days to do the work. Sark is a little smaller than Alderney and only has about 600 people who live there. Cars are not allowed on Sark, you can travel by tractor for work or a lot of people cycle. It will be really nice to go and spend some time in Sark  and be able to help them out.

Sometimes it is nice when I've had a day in the office to go to one of the bird hides and have a look to see what you can find. On my last trip to Longis bird hide I saw quite a few birds. What birds can you see in your school playground? I managed to get a couple of pictures of some of them.
